Fastlane Systems has recently been working with Golds Vehicle Rentals in Cannock to refurbish and improve their existing website. The brief was to restyle the whole site, presenting Golds Vehicle Rentals in a new refreshing and dynamic light. Golds were keen to ensure that the site was simple to navigate and that content could easily be found within a couple of mouse clicks. It was also important to ensure that the site remained search engine friendly and kept it's current search engine rankings.
The site changes incorporated a new logo and new page layouts, this included the prominent display of telephone number and address as well as key information on types of vehicles offered, areas served and opening times.
We built a photo slide show into the home page that cycled through the types of vehicles available to rent (including the full fleet of cars, vans and people carriers). This gives a clear and concise image of the vehicles on offer to anybody visiting the website.
The vehicle sections of the site included rates and special offers pages that can be edited and updated by the staff. Other pages detailed the other additional services offered by the company, including contract hire, flexi hire, valeting and servicing. We also produced a meet the team page allowing customers to put a face to the name of the golds vehicle rentals staff.
